The driveway should easily accommodate 3-4 vehicles.  There is no street parking per City of Cape Coral.   

$700 Security deposit which will be returned upon satisfactory report from cleaners/property manager.  99% of the time our cleaners in at 10AM the day of departure.   This deposit is intended for but limited to damage to the property, overnight guests, unreported pets, pet waste not cleaned in the yard. 

Infants are welcome, however the house does not havea  security alarm on the slider to the pool nor is there a fence around the pool. 

Check in is very easy, all guests are provided a code that is automatically synced to begin working at the stated check in time.  The code will be four digits followed by the check mark on the key pad. 

We are near by, but only if needed.  We are easily assessible by cell or text as the property manager. 

We start everyone off with rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom and a couple of rolls of paper towel in the kitchen.  There is hand soap at all of the sinks and dish soap in the kitchen.  We also supply several pods for the dishwasher and laundry.   Often, you will find salt, pepper, etc.  We do keep a Brita Water Filtration System in the fridge.

There is an inground pool surrounded by a screened cage and lanai.  There is a six person dining table and loungers outside.  We do not provide a grill. 

The house has 4 security cameras; Front door, each side of the house and one in the garage.  There is  NO  camera facing the pool. 

Children are welcome, however the house does not have security alarm on the slider to the pool nor is there a fence around the pool. 

Yes, we love to accept pets, but we must exercise caution so we do ask some questions for everyone's sake.  Emotional Support Animals are also charged a pet fee.  

I would say the house is suitable for wheelchairs but there is a 2-3" ledge for the front door.   There is a slider door track to the pool as well. 

The house does have Xfinity Comcast Wifi and three Smart TV's. 

Hi! My husband Casey and I enjoy long trips with our dogs. Frustrated with limited options, we searched Florida for the perfect pool home with a private fenced yard near a downtown. We feel we found a gem! Hope you enjoy it too.

This property has a very private backyard. All three sides are surrounded by tall tropical plants.
